The session was chaired by Mr. S. Sathyam, I.A.S.(Retd.), formerly Member Secretary of the National Commission for the Disabled and co-chaired by Mr. Mohan Verghese Chunkanth, I.A.S., Special Commissioner for the Disabled, Government of Tamil Nadu.

The conference concluded with a presentation of 30 recommendations based on the interesting presentations and meaningful deliberations. These recommendations were to be presented to the authorities and organizations concerned after consolidation.
